Experiments with 1mm sheet steel.
Using various industrial techniques to design and make a low table with batch production in mind. Wanting to nod back at the sheet stock that this piece came from, my focus was on maintaining as many simple faces using pressed debossed areas to allow components to sit flush with one another during assembly.
Apart from a handful of complimentary hardware, this piece is made solely from 1.5m2 of 1mm sheet steel.
