A short personal project, and an exercise in precision and paying attention to the process, this project for me felt like the embodiment of “measure twice, cut once”.
With finer details being produced using CNC contour cutting, and the fitting of bought hardware to tight tolerances, I found that taking it slow and steady really was the key when learning these processes.
